In 2019, a partnership agreement was entered into by six Indigenous organizations seeking to provide adult education services on the island of Tio’tia:ke/Montreal. The First Nations Regional Adult Education Center (FNRAEC) was selected to manage the program. The partners are:
- First Nations Adult Education School Council (FNAESC)
- First Nations Human Resources Development Commission of Quebec’s, Employment and Training Service Center of Montreal (ETSC)
- Montreal Autochone – Native Montreal
- Native Friendship Center of Montreal (NFCM)
- Native Women’s Shelter of Montreal (NWSM)
- Projets Autochtones du Quebec (PAQ)
